Thomas Monahan has been in the Real Estate Investment and Development business for over Thirty-Five years. As a principal of Monahan Parker Inc. and President of Monahan Pacific Corporation, Mr. Monahan has been Developer, Manager, and Operator of Real Estate projects valued at more than $1.3 billion. Property types include residential, commercial, commercial office, retail, industrial, senior housing and hospitality.

 

Founded in 1987, Monahan Parker is one of the Bay Area’s leading specialists in value added development executed through it’s integrated platform of professional architects, engineers, contractors, and property management.

 

Mr. Monahan lives in Marin County California and is involved with local philanthropic activities in Northern California. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1979 with majors in business, urban design, and architecture.

Jonathan Parker

 

Jonathan Parker has been in the commercial real estate business in San Francisco and Marin County for over thirty years. As a principal of Monahan Parker, Inc., and an individual investor/developer, he has developed 200,000 square feet of office and retail space in Downtown San Rafael, CA. 

​

As a filmmaker, Jonathan has produced, written and directed critically acclaimed, award-winning feature films that have been presented at film festivals around the world and distributed domestically and internationally. He serves on the Board of Directors of the California Film Institute and has been a past Board President.

Jonathan grew up in San Francisco and Marin. He graduated from Stanford University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
